Significant recent assignments include:

Talisman – negotiation of commercial agreements for field developments including Ross, Blake, Tweedsmuir, Galley and Beatrice Windfarm. Legal lead for various acquisitions including operated assets: Galley field and Renee/Rubie field. Negotiated the bareboat charter of the Bleo Holm FPSO. Venture - negotiated suite of commercial and legal agreements for the Kittiwake pipeline project, which linked Greater Kittiwake Area to Forties. Also undertook term gas sale agreement for all Venture’s Dutch sector gas. Expro – regional counsel for Asia Pacific region based in Malaysia, leading to promotion to Expro Group Legal Manager.
